We match you by hand. A real person (hi, Angelina 👋) finds the right neighbor for the job and texts you to confirm. You approve every match before anything happens.
Pay securely. When the work's done, pay through Square — the same secure checkout used by millions of businesses. Helpers get a verified hours log they can use for benefits paperwork.
Yard work, cleaning, moving help, errands, pet care — if a neighbor can do it, we'll find them.
Your request is on its way. We'll text you shortly with your match.
Pick up real paid work from people in your own neighborhood. You set your availability — we bring the gigs.
We got your signup. When a gig near your ZIP comes in, we'll text you first — you approve every job before anything happens.
The fine print, in plain English: Earnest is a matching service run by TechNow SAI. We introduce neighbors who need work done with neighbors who do work — we are strictly a broker, not an employer. Helpers work as independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes. Earnest holds no liability for the outcome of any gig. A 15% service fee applies to completed gigs. You must be 18 or older to use Earnest.
Set your ZIP so we match you with work near you. Traveling? Change it anytime — you'll always see work where you actually are.
